Abstract

Minister, dear friends and colleagues, I already had a chance to address you this morning in the context of the panel. So this afternoon I will be quite brief. I would like to take the opening line that Jan- Gunnar Winther, Director of the Norwegian Polar Institute, just put out: namely that this afternoon we are really focusing more on the science.
